Having three FOUR houses of different sizes only 5

apart
from each other gives us the flexibility to accommodate any type of
booking: individual or group, weekend or week, shared or private.
The Estate

3.5-acre property on
the border of Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor.
The Haven

3-bedroom house in
the heart of the Hamptons on the border
of Water Mill and Southampton right by Sag Harbor.
The South House

5-bedroom home only minutes from Main Street in
Southampton.

All the Amenities *
Guests at all of our houses are welcome to enjoy our new 20 ft x 50 ft
heated
pool;
8-person hot tub; poolside bar; full basketball, volleyball,
and tennis courts; and jacuzzi located at The Estate.
The
amenities and luxuries available at The Manor are nearly
identical to those we offer at The Estate.
All
4 houses have spacious sundecks; Wi-Fi access; home office
equipment; fully equipped kitchens; BBQs and more!

Flexible Scheduling *
Some people seem
to
think real life neatly falls into convenient fractions
(1/2, 1/4, etc.) but I have always had this crazy idea that guests
should be allowed to pick
exactly which and how many
weekends they want :)

We Include More Than Anyone *
We stock much more food, supplies, snacks and
alcohol than anyone else! Fresh Direct delivers 30 to 40
boxes of food and supplies to our houses each Friday.
Continental
breakfast is served at The South House, The Haven, and The
Manor. At
The Estate, breakfast and dinner are prepared by our
chef.
Guests from all houses typically enjoy dinner together at The Estate.
The freezers at all of our houses are fully stocked with food for the
BBQ.
Guests are welcome to grill at their convenience.

We have learned that we can both have a lot of fun
AND live
in style :)
All houses have full-time housekeeping and linen service.

Social Atmosphere *
With each person picking their own custom schedules, no two weekends
are exactly the same. There will be both familiar faces
and newcomers
to ensure that each weekend is always a
unique and fun experience!
We plan a
full social calendar for the weekend, including
only the best clubs,
lounges, restaurants, and events in
the Hamptons.

As you
may have surmised, we have 4 amazing houses
with the highest
level of
service and all the amenities. However, we will not let all our fun be
ruined by a few girls with attitudes, some obnoxious frat boys or a
bunch of weirdos :)
We are
careful to encourage only laid back, fun,
and interesting people to
join. You will actually want to be friends with your housemates come
Monday!
