Our luxurious estate boasts 3½ acres of secluded property on the border of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton, with convenient access to nearby clubs, lounges, restaurants, and beaches. The closest bus and train stops are just minutes away.

Guests have access to our full-size heated pool; 8-person hot tub; spacious sundeck; basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts; jacuzzi; wide-screen TV; Wi-Fi; office equipment; fully equipped kitchen; high-end BBQ; and more.
FIRST-CLASS SERVICE
To us, constant maid service throughout the weekend is not a luxury, but a necessity. We always take care to ensure our house is both fun
and immaculately clean.
We're also the only house that provides blankets, sheets, and pillows for our guests. Call us crazy, but we think a bed isn't much of a bed without those :)
| EVERYTHING YOU NEED While some places leave you to fend for yourself, we think that no house is ever complete without food, drinks, and supplies! Our in-house chef prepares 6 meals every weekend. |

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
We know you have other things going on during the summer, so at our house, you are not forced into a rigid schedule of alternating weekends.
Instead, you get to pick exactly which and how many>br?of the 15 summer weekends you want.
REASONABLE PRICING
Prices are 20% less than alternatives so that all our friends can afford to stay and
play in the Hamptons. Credit cards are accepted.
SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE
Every weekend, there will be both familiar faces and new people to meet.
Just think about it: If each guest picks their own custom schedules, no two weekends will be be exactly the same! At other houses, chances are you'll be bored by your second visit...if you're not already bored by your first :)
When you arrive on Friday, you will have the chance to meet all your weekend
housemates at dinner. Afterwards, we host a cocktail party, then we all venture to the most prestigious clubs and lounges in the Hamptons.

On Saturday afternoon, we kick back by the pool with drinks and barbecue cooking. In the evening, we have another gourmet dinner prepared by our in-house chef and a Saturday night house party. Afterwards, we take you out to sample more of the best Hamptons nightlife. |
Our pool party on Sunday afternoon will be your chance to say ''good-bye'' to your housemates...but since we always take care to weed out the annoying,
obnoxious people for which the Hamptons are known,
chances are you'll want to keep in touch!
Of course, you're free to do whatever you want with your summer weekend. Our on-site staff can help you plan anything else you may have in mind.

First class weekend in the Hamptons with a business class price. I've experienced Shapiro's Hampton's homes on the weekends, inviting friends, meals included, shuttle buses to VIP nightclubs, and clean amenities- it's the perfect summer weekend by the pool (making new friends), or a safe ride home after a fun night out. Why do I think I have the best house in the Hamptons? (Part I)
Obviously, I am little biased since it's my house :)
But here are some reasons that may back up my bold claim:
We include all your meals and drinks. In the Hamptons, things can be expensive. So, at other houses, when you need to eat out every meal it will cost you more that your share! At our house, you wake up in the morning not just to a bag of bagels but eggs, pastries, hot coffee, bacon (sorry, not a kosher house), fresh bagels and orange juice. Plus all the rest of your meals are prepared by our cooks and are really good!!
We don't just buy a few bottles of liquor and claim to have alcohol included. I have a liquor distributor deliver 6 to 8 cases of assorted liquor to the house each weekend. I also ask each guest to bring a bottle. So between what I buy and what our friends bring, our bar never runs dry. Also, we are always stocked with all the mixers!
I do this as a full time job. Most so called, house managers, just think it will be fun to get a house, get some friends together and spend the summer in the Hamptons. My company (davidshapiro.net, Inc.) is the largest social and business networking company in NYC. We realize that it takes lots of hard work to do this right! I live at the house all summer long so I can make sure that everything is perfect by the time you arrive on Friday. One time, the pool filter broke on a Tuesday. Another time the central air broke on a Wednesday. If I hadn't been there during the week, we would have arrived on Friday without a clean pool and no air conditioning. But, since I was around, all was fixed before the weekend.
I care. I really do. And, not just about your money :) Other houses are very responsive when they are trying to get your check. I still answer your calls and emails after you've paid! We have a very high return rate. Also ask anyone who has ever done "Shapiro's House" and they will recommend it. I do everything humanly possible to ensure you have a positive experience each and every weekend!
